My snack bowl. Brazil nuts, dates and a touch of ginger, all from Wholefoods Refillery. So fresh and delicious and keeps me going when I need that extra boost at 3pm. Wonderful selection of very healthy snacks. Also use lots of different dried fruits and nuts in my boiled fruitcake. Couldn't go back to a packet of mixed dried fruits from the supermarket ever again.

Normally I don't buy nuts online or prepackaged (in shops) because nuts which have even a slightly old smell or taste are carcinogenic! But the local healthfood shop does not sell Brazil nuts. So, I chanced buying them online at The Refillery. They are fabulously fresh and crisp. What a relief. But how do I guarantee that they will be equally fresh next time I order??
