Refund policy

At THE WHOLEFOODS REFILLERY we pride ourselves on ranging and producing the best quality Wholefoods that Australia has to offer.

We believe in our products so much that we offer our customers a 150% satisfaction guarantee available up to 30 days after receiving your purchase.

 

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the matter and make it right.


Refunds

In order to lodge a refund request please email us a detailed description of the fault with photos so we can seek to ensure we address the root of the cause and we will in be in touch with you to rectify the matter.
Please remember it can take up to 5 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

Our 150% no fuss satisfaction guarantee

If for whatever reason our products do not meet your expectations we offer two options for you to choose:

1) A 100% refund crediting you for the item in question

2) A 150% credit on that item toward your next purchase for that item in question

e.g. if you had bought $10 worth of almonds that did not meet your satisfaction we would reimburse you with $15 worth of almonds on your next purchase with us
