What does Gluten Tested Oats mean?
These oats are grown and processed in a special facility and are batch tested for the presence of gluten. No gluten was detected within the limits of the test (<5ppm). The Australian Food Standard Code does prohibit the use of a ‘gluten-free’ claim on oats and oat products, so we are not claiming these are gluten-free but can say that they have no detectable gluten present.
