Nigella Seeds are small exotic seeds known for their sharp nutty flavour. Widely favoured in Middle Eastern and Indian Cuisine, you'll recognise these little beauties sprinkled on Turkish Bread and in the Indian five seed blend- Panch Poran. We also love using Nigella Seeds in spice mixes, curries, vegetarian dishes and on breads.
Commonly mistaken for black cumin seed and black sesame seeds, Nigella seeds are completely different and also known as Kalonji, Charnuska, Love-in-a-Mist and Black Onion Seed.
