I only put a middling approval number because I haven't actually used it yet. I bought it because hubby loves a chilly tom. sauce that that I make n I Hate cutting and deseeding the bally chilies that I usually grow........I always get chilli up the nose n everywhere else.....grin. He still has three bottles of sauce to get thru' before I need to make more so we'll see how it goez then. I can't imagine it will be a problem tho'.
