Sharing Personal Information
We share your Personal Information with service providers to help us provide our services and fulfill our contracts with you, as described above. For example:

Below is a step by step guide in how to initiate a return:
- Check that the item you want to return is returnable. If the item is excluded from our policy we may not be able to fully assist (see further details below).
- If the item is returnable or you are unsure, please contact our friendly team at firstname.lastname@example.org who are ready to help you out
- Provide us as much information as possible as to the request for refund/return and our team will work with you to arrange a remedy
- If approved for return we will advise the best manner to arrange the return of the item.
- The wearer of the shipping costs will be dependant on the liability for the refund. The Wholefoods Refillery will wear the cost for the shipping if it deems to be responsible for the return.
- The customer is to only send back the item/package once approved by the customer service team.
- Our customer service team will indicate the best way to send this dependant on the size and weight of the package.
If in the unfortunate instance you are required to return an item or package, unless stated otherwise, please address the package to be sent to 62 Dryden Ave Carlingford 2118, NSW, Australia.
Are there any items excluded from the returns policy?
Most items that have been sealed for hygiene reasons can be returned if the seal is intact. This doesn’t include items that are packaged using our brown paper window style bags, which are non-returnable items (unless deemed faulty).
Items that are encased with a commercial seal or any of our jars with a lid seal are deemed returnable.
N.B. Beauty products cannot be returned if they are opened and / or used (unless deemed faulty).

Using Personal Information
We use your personal Information to provide our services to you, which includes: offering products for sale, processing payments, shipping and fulfilment of your order, and keeping you up to date on new products, services, and offers.
When you place an order through the Site, we will retain your Personal Information for our records unless and until you ask us to erase this information.
