Stove Top Popcorn Instructions
Use a heavy bottomed pop to evenly distribute the heat which reduced any burning by avoiding hot spots.
To pop, use fill the pan with 1/3 the intended use of popcorn with either olive oil or coconut oil and turn the heat on medium heat adding in 2 kernels.
Once the two kernels pot then add in the remainder of the kernels followed by adding the lid on top.
When the corn starts to pop, shake the pan constantly to ensure all the corn pops and it doesn’t burn. Once the popping stops, remove from heat and enjoy! You can also add a little salt or melted butter if this takes your fancy.
