Pink Peppercorns
Description
Pink Peppercorn has a sweet, fruity and pine-like flavour, known to resemble that of juniper berries. Unlike black peppercorns, these little beauties are not harvested from pepper vines, rather the Shinus Tree.
The sweet delicate flavour of Pink Peppercorns compliment fish and chicken, and work beautifully in salads, pasta, risottos and creamy dishes. Like the similar tasting juniper berries, Pink Peppercorn makes the perfect cocktail garnish for your gin and tonic.
Unlike other pepper, pink peppercorns are best-used whole, not ground.
