How to Brew Butterfly Pea Tea:

For the best results always use fresh, filtered water. One teaspoon per cup.

Brew time: 1–3 minutes (or longer for a stronger flavour)

Temperature: 80–100ºC

Note: Delicious served hot or iced. For a traditional Thai tea twist, add 1 tsp honey and a squeeze of lemon!
