Peanut Butter & Maple Overnight Oats
Make it tonight and you don't have to think about what to make for breakfast tomorrow. Right? Better yet eat it straight from the jar or container! This is seriously yum and a staple in our families breakfast routine.

Ingredients
-
½ cup organic rolled oats
-
½ cup milk of your choice (we used almond)
-
2 tbs peanut butter
-
1 tbs maple syrup
-
1 tbs chia seeds
-
1 banana, sliced
-
1 handful walnuts, to serve
-
1 handful large organic raisins, to serve
-
1 tbs chia seeds
-
1 tbs maple syrup
-
1 tbs peanut butter
Toppings
Directions
In a small jar or container with a lid, add your milk, chia seeds, peanut butter, and maple syrup and stir with a spoon to combine (the peanut butter doesn’t have to be fully mixed).
Add your oats in and stir through. Then with the back of a spoon press the oats down to ensure they are all moist and covered in the milk mix.
Cover and leave to set in refrigerator overnight or for at least 6 hours.
Garnish with what you like- we used banana, walnuts, raisins and a little extra peanut butter + maple.
Enjoy
Recipe Note
Feel free to swap out the maple syrup for honey if that is more your flavour.
