It's happy hour somewhere, right? We partnered with Richard Weinstein, Luigi Bormioliau, and Distillery Botanica to bring you this beautiful 'Lemon Myrtle Collins' cocktail recipe, garnished with our Dried Lemons and enjoyed alongside our Wild Baby Figs.


Lemon Myrtle Collins Cocktail

Ingredients

  • 40mls dry gin, we used Moore's Distillery

  • 20mls lemon myrtle liqueur

  • 20mls lemon juice

  • 100mls soda water

  • Dried lemons to garnish

  • Wild baby figs to serve

Directions

  1. Combine Gin; we used Moore's Distillery, lemon myrtle liqueur, and lemon juice in a glass.

  2. Top with soda water and garnish with dried lemons.

  3. Serve with our wild baby figs for the perfect pairing!
