Kathryn's been busy in the kitchen prepping the prettiest rocky road ever! This little beauty combines all your favourites and is guaranteed to wow your guests this festive season! Slice it up and you've also got yourself the cutest edible gift!

Glorious White Chocolate Rocky Road

Ingredients

  • White Chocolate

  • Pistachio Kernels

  • Dried cranberries

  • Caramel Hazelnuts

  • White Chocolate Freeze Dried Raspberries

  • Marshmallows

  • Strawberries & cream lollies

  • Vanilla wafers

Directions

  1. Fill a saucepan with water and bring to a boil. Place a heat-proof glass Pyrex dish over the top and pop your white chocolate in to melt. Make sure to keep stirring. It will melt pretty quickly.

  2. Pop all your chocolate, lollies, nuts, and dried fruit in a lined baking tray, and when your chocolate is melted pour it over.

  3. Pop in the fridge to set overnight.

  4. Cut and enjoy!
