Slightly spicy with a powerful pine aroma, our Juniper Berries are a flavoursome and aromatic addition to your meat and cocktails.  

Best known for their role in gin distilling, these little beauties can also be used for a gin & tonic garnish or in other cocktails and drinks. 

Juniper Berries are known to beautifully compliment meat and poultry dishes, in particular adding a spicy, pine with a hint of citrus flavour to chicken, duck and pork. They are also a common spice used in the festive season, known to be used in stuffing and fruitcake. 

Our Juniper Berries can be used whole or crushed.
