There are 4 VIP tiers.

Bronze - 12 month spend between $0-$499 (Spend $0 within a year to retain)
Silver - 12 month spend between $500 - $1249 (Spend $500 within a year to retain)
Gold - 12 month spend between $1250 - $2499 (Spend $1250 within a year to retain)
VIP - 12 month spend $2500+ (Spend $2500 within a year to retain)

You will receive a Level Up Reward for entering a new tier.

To view your new tier, click the Refill Rewards tab in the bottom left corner, then scroll down to the section that says 'VIP program'. A button will say 'Current' next to the new tier you've just entered.

Retain your Refill Reward tier by your yearly spend.

Bronze - Spend $0 within 12 months to retain.
Silver - Spend $500 within 12 months to retain.
Gold - Spend $1250 within 12 months to retain.
VIP - Spend $2500 within 12 months to retain.

Yes, you move down a tier if you don't meet the yearly spend threshold for that tier.

Silver - Spend less than $500 within 12 months, and you will move down to Bronze.
Gold - Spend less than $1250 within 12 months, and you will move down to Silver.
VIP - Spend less than $2500 within 12 months, and you will move down to Gold.

Yes, all members have a 10 days reward expiry from when they receive the reward.

Unfortunately not, our Refill Rewards program is only available for our retail customers.

Yes, email us at hello@thewholefoodsrefillery.com or start a chat with us and let us know which accounts you would like to merge. Please let us know which email you would like to be your primary account.

We will then take the pantry points from your other account, add them to your primary account and then delete your old accounts from our system.

Refer a friend by clicking the Refill Rewards tab in the bottom left corner, then scroll down to the section that says 'Referrals'. Copy your link to send it to friends, or share via the social icons below. Your friend will then receive a $20 off coupon.

When they make a purchase, you will receive your $20 off coupon as a thank you.

To use your coupon, minimum spend for both you and your friend is $75.
