1 cup chia seeds

500ml almond milk

Organic coconut flakes

Macadamia butter

Chocolate buckini clusters

Chia seeds

Strawberries, sliced

Figs, sliced

Directions
Pour all ingredients into a large jar or bowl and mix well. Let ingredients settle for 1-2 minutes and then mix again very well until you see no clumping.
Cover the jar or bowl and store in fridge overnight or for at least 3 hours.
When you're ready to eat it, top with your favourite berries and enjoy cold!
Recipe Note
Add some maple syrup in to sweeten your chia pudding if you like it on the sweet side.
