Much more than something that simply grows in your lawn, the roasted roots of the Dandelion can make an incredible tea.
Helpful in balancing hormones and detox support, Dandelion Root tea is most commonly used to strengthen digestion and as a natural diuretic to help the body shed excess water.
Tea Guidelines
Steeping time: One of the most unique teas, steep in a covered pot of water between 35-40 minutes under a slow simmer. Alternatively, if you need a faster option, use boiling water and steep for two minutes.
Temperature: 65°C if using the slower option or 100°C for the faster option.

Serving Size: 2 grams or 1 teaspoon per 250ml
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight in an airtight container. Ideal storage conditions are recommended between 15-21o C
